摘　　要：飞利浦1.5T磁共振成像设备在临床诊断中具有不可替代的重要作用,它在疾病诊治过程中的应用使诊断结果的准确性得到大幅度提升。该设备的整体结构相对比较复杂,影响其运行安全性的因素相对较多,与医院中的其他医疗设备相比,飞利浦1.5T磁共振成像设备的使用风险相对较大,但与此同时它也能够为医院和患者带来更大的效益。因此,为使该设备的作用能够得以充分发挥,必须保证其运行稳定、可靠。这就要求相关工作人员应做好设备的维护工作。基于此点,文章从飞利浦1.5T磁共振成像设备简介入手,分别从主磁体的维护、磁共振线圈的维护、压缩机的维护、水冷机柜的维护以及附属设备的维护等几个方面,对飞利浦1.5T磁共振成像设备的维护技术措施进行论述。以期对该设备使用寿命的延长有所帮助。Philips 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging equipment plays an irreplaceable role in clinical diagnosis.Its application in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases greatly improves the accuracy of diagnosis results.The overall structure of the equipment is relatively complex,and there are relatively more factors affecting its operation safety.Compared with other medical equipment in the hospital,philips 1.5T mri equipment has a higher risk,but it can bring certain benefits to the hospital.Therefore,in order to give full play to the function of the equipment,it is necessary to ensure its stable and reliable operation.This requires the relevant staff should do a good job of equipment maintenance.Based on this point,this paper starts with the introduction of philips 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging equipment,and discusses the maintenance measures of philips 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging equipment from the maintenance of main magnet,magnetic resonance coil,compressor,water-cooling cabinet and ancillary equipment.It is expected that the research in this paper will be helpful to prolong the service life of the equipment.
