摘 要:采用三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯在甲酸及钨酸钠的催化条件下与30%过氧化氢体系进行环氧化合成异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)。主要优化了物料摩尔比、甲酸用量、催化剂用量、环氧化温度及环氧化时间对TGIC产品收率的影响。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,TGIC产品的收率可以达到56.6%,总氯<50×10-6。产品应用性能达到粉末涂料的应用要求。The 1,3,5-triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC)is synthesized by epoxidation of triallyl isocyanurate and 30%H2O2 peroxide system in the presence of formic acid and sodium tungstate as catalyts.The effects of material molar ratio,amount of formic acid,amount of catalyst,epoxidation temperature and epoxidation time on the yield of TGIC products are analyzed and optimized.The results show that the yield of TGIC products can reach 56.6%,and the total chlorine is less than 50 ppm under the optimal process conditions.The application performance of TGIC can meet the requirements of powder coatings.
