摘　　要：以醇酸树脂为基料树脂制备不同花型的醇酸皱纹漆。通过颜基比、调花树脂和辅助醇酸树脂加量的调整,形成不同花型;通过稀释剂和催干剂的调整完善花纹形态和漆膜性能;对施工参数进行实验,为皱纹漆施工提供技术参考。制得的醇酸皱纹漆花型明晰,凹凸感强,附着力优秀、硬度高,易于施工。Alkyd resin was used to develop the alkyd wrinkle coatings with different patterns.The patterns were changed by the adjustment of pigment/binder ratio,patterning resin and auxiliary resin.Appearance and film performance were improved by the match of diluent and drier.The coating parameters were tested to provide the reference for the application of wrinkle coatings.The prepared alkyd wrinkle coatings have clear patterns,excellent adhesiveness to metallic substrates and high hardness as well as easy-to-use.
