摘　　要：利用大数据、物联网、人工智能等高科技技术手段,通过协同流转实现全省“人机结合”的文物执法监察新模式。系统构建以地面物联网视频监控及图片、海上雷达、天上卫星及空中飞行载体监控为依托,以省、市、县(市、区)三级文物执法监察机构为主体,通过主动与被动、人防与技防相结合,以互联网作为传输链路,以文字、图片、视频作为介质,建设文物执法监察智能预警分析系统,实现高效的文物执法监察。随着物联网技术的发展和日趋成熟,“人机结合”文物执法监察将成为主流模式。By using high-tech technologies such as big data,Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,etc.,a provincial new mode with"combination of human and machine"for law enforcement and supervision of cultural relics is realized through collaborative circulation.The construction of the system is based on the ground Internet of Things video and picture monitoring,marine radar,space satellite and aircraft monitoring,with provincial,municipal and county(city,district)three-layer cultural relics law enforcement and supervision institutions as the main body,through the active and passive,combined human defense and technical defense,taking the Internet as the transmission link,and words,pictures and videos as the media to build the intelligent early warning analysis system for law enforcement supervision of cultural relics so as to achieve efficient law enforcement and supervision of cultural relics.With the development and maturity of Internet of Things technology,"man-machine combined"cultural relics law enforcement and supervision will become the mainstream mode.
