摘　　要：VFS阀作为自动变速器控制离合器接合的重要器件,通过脉宽调制(PWM)信号控制。低频率的PWM信号会产生占空比和频率不能独立调节的寄生颤振,为此常在高频率的PWM信号中叠加独立颤振,通过改变PWM信号占空比的方法改变电流,提高VFS阀的响应特性。运用AMESim软件建立VFS阀叠加颤振模型,证明了其正确性,并得出该VFS阀叠加颤振频率为100 Hz左右响应最快的结论。VFS valve,as an important device of automatic transmission to control clutch engagement,is controlled by a pulse width modulation(PWM)signal.Low-frequency PWM signals will produce parasitic dithering whose duty cycle and frequency can’t be adjusted independently,therefore,independent dither is usually superimposed in the high-frequency PWM signal,and the current is changed by changing the duty cycle of the PWM signal to increase the VFS valve response characteristics.In this paper,the AMESim software is used to establish the VFS valve superimposed dither model.It is concluded that to improve the response characteristics of the VFS valve,the peakto-peak and frequency of the superimposed dither current must be around 100 Hz.
