摘 要:为研究镁合金与高强度钢板材预冲孔无铆连接工艺的连接机理以及接头强度,以200℃下厚度为2 mm的AZ31镁合金板材和室温(25℃)下厚度为1 mm的22MnB5高强度钢板材为研究对象,通过Deform-2D有限元分析软件,模拟了不同冲头半径和拔模斜度对连接后形成的"C"形互锁结构的影响。通过对冲头的行程-载荷曲线和连接完成后的接头的强度以及失效形式分析发现:接头失效形式主要为颈部断裂失效,影响颈部断裂失效的主要因素为冲头的半径与拔模斜度。仿真结果表明:预冲孔无铆连接能够实现AZ31镁合金与22MnB5高强度钢异种板材的有效连接。冲头半径为3.8 mm、拔模斜度为5°时,接头几何参数最优。In order to study the joining mechanism and joint strength of the hole-clinching joining between dissimilar materials of the magnesium alloy and the high-strength steel,the AZ31 magnesium alloy plate with thickness of 2 mm at 200℃and the 22 MnB5 high-strength steel plate with thickness of 1 mm at room temperature(25℃)were selected as the research objects.By Deform-2 D finite element analysis software,the influence of different punch radius and draft angle on the"C"interlocking structure formed after joining is simulated.Through the stroke-load curve of the punch and the strength and failure form analysis of the joint after the joining,it is found that the joint failure form is mainly the neck fracture failure,and the main factors affecting the neck fracture failure are the punch radius and the draft angle.The results indicate that the effective joining of the dissimilar plates between AZ31 magnesium alloy and 22 MnB5 high-strength steel can be realized by hole-clinching joining,and the geometrical parameters of joint is optimal when the punch radius is 3.8 mm and the draft angle is 5 degrees.
