摘　　要：目的:研究石膏止痛巴布膏的制备工艺及涂布切割机。方法:采用正交试验法对基质配比进行优选,以初黏力和持黏力为量化指标,制备石膏止痛巴布膏,同时对涂布切割机进行研制。结果:石膏止痛巴布膏的优选基质配比为明胶的比例为4%、卡波姆的比例为5%、浸膏的比例为6%、甘油的比例为20%、桃胶的比例为8%、纯化水的比例为30%、氮酮:丙二醇的比例为1:4;浸膏和桃胶的比例对初黏力、持黏力具有显著的影响(P<0.10)。制出载体涂覆性能和膏体厚度涂布控制系统均适合本制剂的涂布切割机。结论:按照最佳工艺制备的石膏止痛巴布膏色泽均一,符合黏附要求。研制的涂布切割机提高了本制剂生产效率。Objective:To study the preparation process of gypsum analgesic babu plaster and coating and cutting machine.Methods:Orthogonal test method was used to optimize the matrix ratio,and the initial viscosity and holding force were used as quantitative indicators to prepare gypsum analgesic babu paste,and the coating and cutting machine was developed at the same time.Results:The preferred matrix ratio of gypsum zhitong babu paste is gelatin 4%,carbomer 5%,extract 6%,glycerin 20%,peach gum 8%,purified water 30%,azone:propylene glycol 1:4;the ratio of extract and peach gum has a significant effect on the initial viscosity and holding force(P<0.10).Carrier coating performance and paste thickness coating control system are suitable for coating and cutting machine of this formulation.Conclusion:The gypsum analgesic babu paste prepared according to the best process has uniform color and meets the adhesion requirements.The developed coating and cutting machine improves the production efficiency of this preparation.
