摘　　要：目的:探讨Q值引导的飞秒激光辅助准分子激光原位角膜磨镶(FS-LASIK)术后对比敏感度的变化。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年1月本院收治的50例近视患者,均接受FS-LASIK治疗,根据不同模式分为2组,对照组25例接受常规模式,观察组25例接受F-CAT模式,对比2组患者手术前后视力和角膜Q值、对比敏感度、眩光敏感度。结果:术后2组视力、Q30值对比无差异(P>0.05);术后2组Q20值和4.0’、2.5’频段对比敏感度以及4.0’、2.5’、1.6’频段眩光敏感度对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:F-CAT模式可提高眩光敏感度和对比敏感度,改善视觉质量。Objective:To investigate the changes of contrast sensitivity after Q-value guided femtosecond laser assisted excimer laser in situ keratomileusis(fs-lasik).Methods:50 cases of myopia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different modes:25 cases in the control group received conventional mode,and 25 cases in the observation group received f-cat mode.The visual acuity,corneal Q value,contrast sensitivity and glare sensitivity of the two groups before and after operation were compared.Results:There was no difference in visual acuity and q30 value between the two groups(P>0.05);there were significant differences in Q20 value,4.0’,2.5’band contrast sensitivity and 4.0’,2.5’,1.6’band glare sensitivity between the two groups after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:F-cat mode can improve glare sensitivity and contrast sensitivity,and improve visual quality.
