摘  要:目的:讨论新生儿辐射台对防治新生儿低血糖的价值意义。方法:纳入2018年4月~2018年12月在本院产科接受诊疗的118例新生儿为观察对象,随机分为2组,各59例,观察对照组(施以常规保温)和观察组(接受新生儿辐射台控温)干预结局。结果:观察组低血糖发生率为1.69%,显著低于对照组的16.95%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组血糖水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症率(20.34%)高于对照组(3.39%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿辐射台能够有效防治新生儿低血糖,具有较高临床应用价值。Objective:To discuss the value and significance of the neonatal radiation station in preventing and treating neonatal hypoglycemia.Methods:A total of 118 neonates who were diagnosed and treated in the obstetrics department of our hospital from April 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into 59 cases,and the control group(subject to conventional heat preservation)and the research group(receiving temperature control by the neonatal radiation station)were observed.Intervention outcome.Results:The incidence of hypoglycemia in the study group was 1.69%,significantly lower than 16.95%in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood glucose level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the control group(20.34%)was higher than that of the control group(3.39%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The neonatal radiation table can effectively prevent neonatal hypoglycemia,and has high clinical application value.
