设备器械图片管理对精密手术仪器管理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析设备器械图片管理对精密手术仪器管理质量的影响。方法:将2017年1月~2018年1月在本院进行传统管理的10964件精密手术仪器作为对照组,将2018年2月~2019年2月在本院进行设备器械图片管理的15650件精密手术仪器作为观察组,将两组器械管理时间、器械清洗效果、精密仪器管理情况进行对比。结果:相较于对照组,观察组术后器械归还、术后器械核对、术前器械准备时间均较短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械污渍、生锈、返回清洗发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组器械准备差错率、器械消毒方法不当率低于对照组,器械完好率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:设备器械图片管理有利于缩短术后器械归放时间,提高器械的清洗效果,让仪器的管理质量得到提高。Objective:To analyze the influence of equipment image management on the management quality of precision surgical instruments.Methods:10964 pieces of precision surgical instruments under traditional management in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the control group,and 15650 pieces of precision surgical instruments which were managed in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were taken as the observation group.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter time for instrument return,verification and preparation before operation(P<0.05);the incidence of equipment stains,rust and return cleaning in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the error rate of equipment preparation and improper disinfection methods of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the equipment intact rate was higher in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Image management of equipment and equipment is conducive to shorten the time of equipment return,improve the cleaning effect of equipment,and improve the management quality of equipment.
