摘  要:目的:研究复用医疗器械清洗消毒后不同保存方法对于器械清洁度的影响。方法:于2016年11月~2018年12月本院清洗消毒后合格的82件复用医疗器械作为本次研究的实验对象,随机分为观察组A(n=27)、观察组B(n=27)和对照组(n=28),观察组A使用灭菌包布进行保存,观察组B使用清洁容器进行保存,对照组裸露放置。对三组研究对象的清洁合格率进行对比。结果:12h、24h、48h后,对照组中复用医疗器械的清洁合格率均低于A组和B组,P<0.05。结论:复用医疗器械在使用完毕后应及时清洗消毒,消毒完毕后应妥善保管,使用灭菌包布或者清洁容器进行保存,避免裸露放置,对提高器械的清洁合格率有积极的促进作用。Objective:To study the effects of different preservation methods on the cleanliness of instruments after cleaning and disinfecting medical devices.Methods:From November 2016 to December 2018,82 multiplexed medical devices qualified for cleaning and disinfection in our hospital were selected as the experimental subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into observation group A(n=27)and observation group B(n=27)and the control group(n=28),the observation group A was stored using a sterilized cloth,the observation group B was stored using a clean container,and the control group was placed bare.The cleaning pass rates of the three groups of subjects were compared.Results:After 12h,24h and 48h,the cleaning pass rate of the reusable medical devices in the control group was lower than that of the A group and the B group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Reusable medical devices should be cleaned and disinfected in time after use.After disinfection,they should be kept properly.Use sterile wraps or clean containers to store them.Avoid bare placement,which will positively promote the cleaning qualification rate of the devices.
