长江经济带出口商品结构与产业结构匹配度分析

摘　　要：长江经济带是中国推进区域协调发展的重要区域,出口商品结构与产业结构协调发展对于区域发展具有重要作用。采用国研网的国际贸易研究及决策支持系统数据库提供的HS编码分类下的商品出口数据和各省市统计局系统的产业结构数据,采用斯皮尔曼秩相关系数测量出口商品结构和产业结构的匹配度,以出口商品区位商和产业区位商为依据识别优势产业,再依据匹配度和优势产业对长江经济带重点培育的五大产业集群建设提出建议。匹配度分析显示:除四川、贵州外,9省市出口商品结构和产业结构之间具有相关性,能够协调发展、互相促进。优势产业识别结果是,浙江和江西在打造纺织服装业集群,上海、湖北、重庆在打造交通运输设备制造业集群,上海、江苏、重庆在打造电子信息产业、高端装备产业、家电产业集群上具有显著优势。长江经济带各省市应推进产业和出口之间的互动发展,重视发挥各省市优势产业的作用,共建五大世界级先进制造业集群。The Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important area for the coordinated regional development in China.A coordinated development of export commodity structure and industrial structure plays an important role in regional development.Based on the commodity export data under the HS code classification of the National Research and Decision Support System database of China Research Network and the industrial structure data of the provincial and municipal statistical bureau systems,the paper gives the advice to the five major industrial clusters that are cultivated in the Yangtze River Economic Belt by using the matching degree and advantageous industries.The matching degree shows that in addition to Sichuan and Guizhou,there are correlations between the export commodity structure and industrial structure of the nine provinces and cities,which can coordinate development and promote these provinces and cities.After the recognition of advantageous industries,the result is that Zhejiang and Jiangxi are building industrial clusters for textile and garment industry,while Shanghai,Hubei and Chongqing are building clusters of transportation equipment manufacturing industry.At the same time,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Chongqing have great advantages on building electronic information industry,high-end equipment industry and home appliance industry cluster.The provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt should promote the interactive development between industry and exports,as well as attach importance to the role of the dominant industries in various provinces and cities to build five world-class advanced manufacturing clusters together.
