摘  要:针对大功率电力电子装置散热控制系统存在的风机选择不准确,风道设计和扰流片安装不合理的问题,本文设计了一种大功率电力电子装置自适应散热控制系统。采用风冷散热控制方式对大功率电力电子装置进行散热控制,并根据电力电子装置中的热路和热阻选择风机。同时,通过分析电力电子装置的热传递,对风道和扰流片进行合理设计和安装,为验证该系统是否满足大功率电力电子装置的散热控制要求,在Modelsim平台上进行实验验证。实验结果表明,在测点半径相同的情况下,当大功率电力电子装置风机电压分别为280 V和360 V时,本文方法在速度上均高于当前方法;在电力电子装置发热功率和散热控制器相同的条件下,电力电子装置的热阻越小,散热控制效果越好;在发热功率、散热控制器和风机等相同条件下,该系统对大功率电力电子装置的散热系统进行有效控制。该研究为大功率电力电子装置的安全运行提供了保障。Aiming at the problems of inaccurate fan selection,unreasonable duct design and spoiler installation in the heat dissipation control system of high-power power electronic device,an adaptive heat dissipation control system of high-power electronic device is designed.The control mode of air cooling and heat dissipation is adopted to control the heat dissipation of the high-power power electronic device,and the fan is selected according to the thermal path and thermal resistance of the power electronic device.At the same time,by analyzing the heat transfer of power electronic device,the air duct and spoiler are designed and installed reasonably.In order to verify whether the system meets the heat dissipation control requirements of high-power power electronic device,experiments are carried out on the Modelsim platform.The experimental results show that under the same measuring point radius,when the fan voltage of high-power power electronic device is 280 V and 360 V,respectively,the speed of the method in this paper is higher than the current method;under the same conditions of the heating power and heat dissipation controller of the power electronic device,the smaller the thermal resistance of the power electronic device,the better the heat dissipation control effect;under the same conditions of the heating power,heat dissipation controller and fan,the system effectively controls the heat dissipation system of the high-power power electronic device.It shows that this method can effectively control the heat dissipation of high-power power electronic devices,and this research provides a guarantee for the safety of high-power power electronic devices.
