我国体育软实力的SWOT分析  

SWOT Analysis of China’s Sports Soft Power

摘　　要：运用文献资料和专家访谈法,采用SWOT工具,分析了我国体育软实力的总体状况。我国体育软实力的竞争优势为:底蕴深厚的中国传统文化、丰富多样的民族传统体育、特色鲜明的举国体制、强有力的组织动员、体育精神的中国化、中国的海外兵团。其竞争劣势为:缺乏强烈体育吸引力、缺乏良好社会声誉、缺乏大量民间体育组织、缺乏有竞争力的创新动力、缺乏来自多方的有效传播力、过于严肃正统而缺乏亲和力。我国体育软实力面临9个方面的机遇:新兴经济体的迅速发展、国际秩序的变革与调整、经济全球化的持续发展、体育全球化的扩张发展、文化经济化的转型发展、互联网及物联网的迅猛发展、“一带一路”倡议的共建发展、体育强国的国家战略、中国成功申办了2022年的冬奥会。我国体育软实力面临5个方面现实的或潜在的威胁:国际体育竞争的白热化迫使我国重视发展体育硬实力;我国体育综合实力发展的不平衡带来体育软实力发展的不平衡;我国文化软实力在国际竞争中处于弱势地位;美国战略东移和我国周边地缘态势变化有可能抑制国际体育交流;伴随变革与转型而来的社会不安定有可能降低对体育的关注与认同。SWOT分析有助于全面、理性地看待在体育领域中的中国已有的文化资源和竞争能力,这是对体育软实力进行战略设计的基础。This paper analyzes the general situation of China’s sports soft power with SWOT tool by using literature and expert interview.The competitive advantages of China’s sports soft power are:profound Chinese traditional culture,rich and diverse national traditional sports,distinctive national sports system,strong organization and mobilization,sinicization of sports spirit,and China’s overseas corps.Its competitive disadvantages are:lack of strong sports attraction,lack of good social reputation,lack of a large number of non-governmental sports organizations,lack of competitive innovation motivation,lack of effective communication from many sides,lack of affinity for too serious orthodoxy.Sports soft power in China is facing the opportunity of nine aspects:the rapid development of the emerging economies,the international order of the change and adjustment,the sustainable development of economic globalization,the expansion of the sports globalization development,the transformation of cultural integration development,the rapid development of Internet of things,“area”initiative to build the national strategy of development,sports power,China’s successful bid for the 2022 winter Olympics.Sports soft power in China is facing five aspects of actual or potential threat:international sports competition heats up forcing hard power attaches great importance to the development of sports in China,the unbalanced development of our country sports comprehensive strength sports soft power imbalance,in the development of China’s cultural soft power in a weak position in the international competition,the USA strategic shift and the surrounding geopolitical situation changes could inhibit the international sports exchanges,along with the change and transformation to the social unrest could reduce the attention to sports and identity.SWOT analysis is conducive to a comprehensive and rational view of China’s existing cultural resources and competitiveness in the sports field,which is the basis for the strategic design of s
