摘  要:拆除爆破迎春渡槽主体为双肋拱承载,筒体为"U"型薄壳筒体结构,全长为152 m,横跨公路线。为了避免交通道路长期中断,采用爆破整体坐塌方式,然后使用机械快速清除公路路障。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟渡槽拆除爆破及坐塌的全过程,并分析了渡槽爆破及塌落振动对周边环境的影响;同时开展了现场炮孔药量试验及爆破网路模拟试验,以防止出现爆而不塌的现象,通过计算分析确定预处理开窗点位、拱肋爆破切口断点、排架倒塌方向及爆破参数,实现了爆破装药精细化,过程安全可控,可为类似工程提供参考。The main body of Yingchun aqueduct demolished by blasting is loaded by double rib arch, and the cylinder is a "U" thin shell cylinder structure, with a total length of 152 m, crossing the highway. In order to avoid the long-term interruption of road traffic, the scheme adopts the way of blasting overall collapse, and then uses the way of mechanical rapid removal of road barriers. ANSYS/LS DYNA is used to simulate the whole process of demolition and collapse of aqueduct by blasting, and the impact of aqueduct blasting and collapse vibration on the surrounding environment is analyzed. At the same time, in order to prevent the phenomenon of explosion without collapse, the field charge test and blasting network simulation test are carried out. Through calculation and analysis, the location of the pre-treatment window, the cut point of the arch rib blasting, the collapse direction of the bent frame and the blasting parameters are determined, which realizes the fine charging and the safety and controllability of the blasting process, and can provide reference for similar projects.
