养肝益水方治疗1级高血压疗效及对患者血压变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨养肝益水方治疗1级高血压的疗效及对血压变异性的影响。方法:选取160例1级高血压病患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组患者采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予养肝益水方治疗。观察比较两组患者中医证候疗效,治疗前后炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平,治疗前后SBP、DBP及降压有效率,治疗前后血压变异性指标变化。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,中医症候治疗总有效率更高,治疗后患者血清炎性因子IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平更低,SBP及DBP更低,降压治疗总有效率更高,SBP标准差、DBP标准差、SBP平均真实变异、DBP平均真实变异均更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养肝益水方治疗对1级高血压治疗效果较好,能有效减轻患者炎性反应,缓解中医症候,降低患者血压,改善患者血压变异性。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Yanggan Yishui recipe in the treatment of grade 1 hypertension and its effect on blood pressure variability.Methods:160 patients with grade 1 hypertension were randomly divided into Yanggan Yishui decoction group(n=80)and routine treatment group(n=80).The routine treatment group were treated with routine drugs,and the Yanggan Yishui recipe treatment group were treated with Yanggan Yishui recipe on the basis of the routine treatment group.The curative effect of TCM syndrome,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand CRP before and after treatment,the effective rate of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and antihypertensive before and after treatment,and the changes of blood pressure variability indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the routine treatment group,the Yanggan Yishui recipe treatment group had higher total effective rate of TCM syndrome and antihypertensive treatment,but lower levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-6,TNF-αand CRP,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,the standard deviation of systolic blood pressure,the standard deviation of diastolic blood pressure,the average true variation of systolic blood pressure and the average true variation of diastolic blood pressure.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yanggan Yishui recipe is effective in the treatment of grade 1 hypertension,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction of patients,alleviate TCM symptoms,reduce blood pressure and improve blood pressure variability,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
