康妇炎胶囊治疗湿热蕴结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症及对患者IL-2、TNF-α的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨康妇炎胶囊对湿热蕴结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者的IL-2、TNF-α及疗效影响。方法:选取96例湿热蕴结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用康妇炎胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、疼痛程度、白介素2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及停药6个月的复发情况。结果:观察组治疗后中医证候积分、局部证候积分、总证候积分、下腹部疼痛、腰骶部酸胀疼痛、经期腹痛程度评分及TNF-α水平均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率及IL-2水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗结束后6个月复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康妇炎胶囊用于湿热蕴结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者能够有效改善中医证候,降低疼痛程度及改善机体免疫水平。Objective:To investigate the effects of Kangfuyan capsule on IL-2,TNF-αand its curative effect in patients with sequelae of dampness and heat accumulation in pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:96 patients with sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease with damp heat accumulation.The control group was treated with antibiotics,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuyan capsule on the basis of the control group.Results:After treatment,the scores of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,local syndromes,total syndromes,lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,abdominal pain and TNF-αwere significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and IL-2 level of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the patients in the observation group after the end of treatment,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuyan capsule can effectively improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the degree of pain and improve the immune level of the body,reduce the inflammatory response.
