摘　　要：从民政纸质档案数字化过程的实际需求出发,重点介绍了纸质档案数字化前的工作准备,纸质档案数字化分类整理的方法、编码及加盖归档章,档案著录,档案扫描,装订及排序,装盒,验收等各工序的基本要求、操作规范以及部分专业民政档案的整理方法等,为有效推动民政纸质档案数字化进程,提供了借鉴和参考。Based on the actual demand of digitization process of civil paper archives,this paper introduces the preparatory work of digitization of paper archives,the sorting method,coding,sealing of paper archives digitization,and the basic requirements,operation specification of archives description,archives scanning,binding,sorting,packing,inspection and acceptance etc.It also introduces some of the professional sorting methods of civil archives and provides the reference for the promotion of the digitization process of civil paper archives.
