摘 要:为了增强沥青混合料的使用性能,将粉碎后的短细麦秸秆片直接添加至沥青混合料中。采用马歇尔设计法,以油石比和麦秸秆掺量为因素,采用正交试验确定麦秸秆沥青混合料配合比,并测试麦秸秆沥青混合料的高、低温性能。结果显示:最佳沥青用量为5.2%,最佳麦秸秆片掺量为0.2%,在此条件下,动稳定度提高了43%,车辙深度减小了近44%,抗弯拉强度提高了23%,弯曲劲度模量提高了42%。这表明添加适量的短细麦秸秆片,可以增强沥青混合料抗车辙变形能力和低温抗裂性能。he crushed wheat straw flakes were directly added to the asphalt mixture in order to improve the pavement performance.Using the Marshall design method and taking the ratio of asphalt-aggregate and the amount of wheat straw as factors,the orthogonal test was conducted to determine the mix proportion of wheat straw reinforced asphalt mixture,and its performance at high and low temperatures was tested.The results show that the optimal asphalt content is 5.2%,and the optimal wheat straw flake content is 0.2%.Under such conditions,the dynamic stability is improved by 43%,the rutting depth is reduced by nearly 44%,the bending strength is increased by 23%,and the bending stiffness modulus is increased by 42%.This suggests that adding appropriate amount of wheat straw flakes can enhance the asphalt mixture's resistance to rutting and resistance to cracking at low temperature.
