摘　　要：采用流量控制原理验算搅拌锅液压元件参数;基于摊铺箱结构组成分析,采用计算与试制相结合的方法,确定摊铺箱螺旋布料器及液压元件参数。结果表明:采用计算法、试制生产及拉伸制作确定摊铺箱的螺旋节展开图内圆半径为106 mm,螺旋节展开图外圆半径为146 mm,展开图切角为30°,螺旋布料器每根螺旋最大转速范围为80.8~108.8 r·min^-1;为满足单液压马达驱动下双螺旋工作的需要,以摊铺箱液压缸运动流量为主要控制指标,考虑冷拌物料阻力的适当折减,验算左右摊铺箱布料器马达最低转速为100 r·min^-1,排量下限要求为100 mL·min^-1,最低功率要求为3.8 kW。The flow control principle was adopted to check the parameters of the hydraulic components of the mixing pot.Based on the analysis of the structure composition of the paving box,the parameters of the spiral distributor and hydraulic components of the paving box were determined by the combination of calculation and trial production.The results show that,through calculation,trial production and stretch production,it can be determined that the inner radius of the spiral section expansion diagram is 106 mm,the outer radius of the spiral section expansion diagram is 146 mm,the cutting angle of the expansion diagram is 30°,and the maximum speed range of each screw in the spiral distributor is 80.8~108.8 r·min^-1.In order to meet the needs of double spiral rotation driven by a single hydraulic motor,taking the movement flow of the hydraulic cylinder of the paving box as the main control index and taking into account the appropriate reduction of the resistance of the cold mix material,it can be calculated that the motor speed of the distributor in the right and left spreading boxes is at least 100 r·min^-1,the lower limit of displacement is required to be 100 mL·min^-1,and the minimum power is required to be 3.8 kW.
