摘 要:对国内隧道施工工法转换案例进行了调研与分析,发现目前国内隧道施工工法转换方法大多过于保守,不利于快速施工,并且对超大跨度公路隧道施工工法转换的研究甚少。以济南绕城高速老虎山超大跨度公路隧道为依托,对Ⅴ级围岩向Ⅳ级围岩过渡段从双侧壁导坑法施工向CRD法转换的方案进行了比选分析。选用双侧壁逐渐向中间靠拢、形成中隔壁的转换方案,安全完成了工法转换;对比分析该工法转化与传统工法转换方案的工期,得出所用的工法转换方案比传统方案节省工期22 d。Based on the investigation and analysis of the conversion cases of the tunnel construction method in China,it is found that most of the conversions of tunnel construction method in China are too conservative,which is not conducive to rapid construction,and there is little research on the transformation of super-large span highway tunnel construction method.Based on the Laohushan super-large span highway tunnel on Ji'nan Ring Expressway,the comparison and analysis of the construction method conversion from the double sidewall guide pit method to the CRD method from GradeⅤto GradeⅣsurrounding rocks were carried out.The conversion scheme of the two sidewalls gradually converging to the middle to form the next door was adopted,and the conversion of the construction method was completed safely.By comparing the construction period of the conversion scheme used in Laohushan Tunnel and the traditional conversion scheme,it is concluded that the construction period of the conversion scheme is 22 d less than that of the traditional one.
