摘　　要：在全国海关通关一体化的大环境下,应用云计算、大数据、物联网、移动互联等现代信息技术手段,高度集成海关各位资源,实现处置预警风险操作留痕,促进现场作业执法规范,形成有效防控风险的职能管理新格局,以提升督审监督效能及精准度,提高关区风险防范能力。In the general national customs clearance integration environment,the application of cloud computing,big data,Internet of things,mobile Internet and other modern information technology means,highly integrated customs resources,to achieve early warning risk operation left traces,promote on-site operation law enforcement norms,form a new functional management pattern of effective risk prevention and control,so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of supervision and supervision,and improve the risk prevention capabilities of customs areas.
