穴位贴敷对脑卒中患者肢体偏瘫的临床护理观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位贴敷在辅助治疗脑卒中患者中的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年7月70例入住广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院的脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组以常规护理治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加以穴位贴敷治疗,2周后比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后肌力和Barthel指数评分的变化。结果:观察组总有效率90.63%高于对照组总有效率76.47%(P<0.05);两组治疗后肌力好转(P<0.05),Barthel指数评分升高(P<0.05),观察组较之对照组肌力改善更为显著,Barthel指数评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷可有效改善脑卒中患者的肌力状况及日常生活能力,疗效明确,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint application in treating patients with apoplexy.Methods:From January 2018 to July 2019,70 patients with apoplexy and admitted to Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study object,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing treatment,while the observation group was treated with acupoint application on the basis of routine treatment.After 14 days,the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the changes of muscle strength and Barthel index score before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.63%higher than that of the control group 76.47%(P<0.05);the muscle strength of the two groups was improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the Barthel index score was increased(P<0.05),and the muscle strength of the observation group was improved more significantly than that of the control group,and the Barthel index score was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application can effectively improve the muscle strength and daily life ability of stroke patients,the curative effect is clear,which is worthy of promotion and application.
