摘　　要：联合培养研究生是研究生教育的重要培养方式之一,是推进地方本科高校转型发展的一种有效途径。文章阐述了广西地方高校贺州学院在适应现代高等教育发展和自身硕士点建设需要的背景下,积极探索研究生联合培养的途径,构建“国内合作、科教融合、平台依托、国际联合”的“四位一体”联合培养模式,以期为同类地方本科高校开展联合培养研究生和深化研究生教育综合改革提供借鉴与参考。Joint training of graduate students is one of the important training methods of graduate education,and it is an effective way to promote the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities.Under the background of adapting to the development of modern higher education and the construction of its own master program,Hezhou University,a local university in Guangxi,actively explores the ways of postgraduate joint training,and constructs a"four in one"joint training mode of"domestic cooperation,integration of science and education,platform support and International union",with a view to providing reference for similar local undergraduate colleges to jointly train graduate students and deepen the comprehensive reform of postgraduate education.
