摘　　要：在我国创新创业教育和国家提出要加强医药卫生人才队伍建设的深刻影响下,探索培养迅速适应社会需求的高层次卫生人才是当下医学院校及其医学教育工作者探究的重要课题。文章基于医学院校公共管理学科研究生的双创能力提升,针对医学院校公共管理学科研究生创新培养现状和存在的问题,探讨了医学公共管理创新型人才培养的策略。Under the profound influence of China's innovation and entrepreneurship education and the state's proposal to strengthen the construction of medical and health personnel,it is an important topic for medical colleges and medical educators to explore and cultivate high-level health personnel who can quickly adapt to social needs.Based on the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of postgraduates of public administration in medical colleges and universities,this paper discusses the strategies for cultivating innovative talents in medical public administration in view of the current situation and existing problems in the innovation cultivation of postgraduates of public administration in medical colleges and universities.
