摘　　要：肛周脓肿患者手术后普遍存在手术切口出血、疼痛、水肿、分泌物过多、愈合时间长等一系列问题,导致患者产生焦虑抑郁情绪,影响患者睡眠及精神状态。因此如何有效减少术后手术切口出血、缓解手术切口疼痛、减轻水肿、减少分泌物、缩短愈合时间成为影响患者术后治疗效果的关键因素。大量研究表明,患者术后给予中医外治等护理干预能有效减少术后手术切口出血、缓解手术切口疼痛、减轻水肿、减少分泌物、缩短愈合时间。文章基于肛周脓肿术后创面的中医外治护理文献,从中医辨证分型、术野局部处理等方面综述肛周脓肿术后的中医外治护理研究进展。There are a series of problems in perianal abscess patients after operation,such as bleeding,pain,edema,excessive secretion,long healing time and so on,which lead to anxiety and depression,affect sleep and mental state of patients.Therefore,how to effectively reduce postoperative incision bleeding,relieve incision pain,reduce edema,reduce secretion,shorten the healing time become the key factors affecting the postoperative treatment effect of patients.A large number of studies have shown that nursing intervention such as TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)external treatment can effectively reduce postoperative incision bleeding,relieve incision pain,reduce edema,reduce secretion and shorten healing time.Based on the literature of TCM external treatment and nursing of wound surface after perianal abscess operation,this paper reviews the research progress of TCM external treatment and nursing after perianal abscess operation from the aspects of TCM syndrome differentiation and local treatment of surgical field.
