摘　　要：目的探究护理干预血液透析深静脉留置导管在换药中的应用效果。方法按随机原则将2019年1月~2019年12月我院收治的100例采用深静脉留置导管行血液透析的患者均分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者予常规的换药护理,试验组患者在此基础上,予综合护理干预,比较两组患者发生感染等并发症情况及护理满意度。结果试验组患者的感染、血栓栓塞发生率明显低于对照组,患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采用深静脉留置导管行血液透析的患者加强换药中的护理干预能够减少感染等并发症,提高护理服务质量,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on hemodialysis deep vein indwelling catheter in dressing change.Methods According to the principle of randomization,100 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 using deep vein indwelling catheters for hemodialysis were divided into experimental group and control group.Patients in the control group were given routine dressing change nursing,and patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis,and other complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of infection and thromboembolism in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention in dressing change for patients with deep vein indwelling catheter for hemodialysis can reduce infection and other complications,improve the quality of nursing services,and has clinical application value.
