维持性血液透析患者高位动静脉内瘘的护理体会

摘　　要：目的对维持性血液透析患者高位动静脉内瘘的护理策略及价值进行探讨。方法对我院收治的21例行高位内瘘术行维持性血液透析的患者进行精心护理干预,随后进行2年随访,分析患者动静脉内瘘的使用情况及护理效果。结果19例患者高位动静脉内瘘功能良好,使用过程中血流量充足,1例因瘘管失功改留置长期静脉导管透析,1例因心衰改为人造血管透析。结论通过有效护理干预可预防高位动静脉内瘘阻塞,确保血液透析正常进行,提高患者透析治疗效果及生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing strategy and value of high arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Careful nursing intervention was carried out on 21 patients admitted to our hospital who underwent maintenance hemodialysis with high level internal fistula,followed by 2 years'follow-up to analyze the use and nursing effect of arteriovenous internal fistula.Results 19 patients with high arteriovenous fistula functioned well and sufficient blood flow during use.One case was changed to indwelling long-term venous catheter due to fistula failure,and one case was changed to artificial blood vessel dialysis due to heart failure.Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can prevent high arteriovenous fistula obstruction,ensure normal hemodialysis,and improve the patient's dialysis treatment effect and quality of life.
