摘　　要：在社会主义的中国,因为社会主义制度的性质和中国共产党的领导,执政党和国家将全体人民的利益作为政治的最高原则来对待,从而形成了超越党派利益的使命型政党,以及由使命型政党统合并引领的人民群众高度信任与广泛认同的人心政治新形态。这种人心政治新形态,以政党组织的先进性为纽带,以人的组织性、组织的情感性和制度的生命力为核心,以持续满足人民美好生活需求的美好生活政治观为指导,通过全心全意为人民服务的使命型政党肩挑"人"与"制度"的主体理性力量的锻造,以及以"将心比心"的情感治理模式所激发的独特情感力量为特色,形成了超越委托代理制基础,融国家硬实力、软实力和信心力三者于一体的新型理论范式,这将为人类社会闯出一条基于委托信任制的集"良心+良制+良治"于一身的新型政治发展道路,进而开创超越时空、与子偕行的人心政治形态的新境界。In China,because of the nature of the socialist system and the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the ruling party and the state treat the interests of all the people as the highest principle of politics,thus forming a mission-oriented political party that transcends the interests of the parties,and a new form of popular politics that is highly trusted and widely recognized by the people,led by the unification and integration of mission-oriented political party.This new form of popular politics,with the advanced nature of political party organization as the link,human organization,organization emotion and system vitality as the core,and guided by the political view of a better life that continuously meets people’s needs for a better life,is characterized by the forging of the main rational power of"people"and"system"by the"mission-oriented political party",which serves the people wholeheartedly,and the unique emotional power stimulated by the emotional governance model of heart-to-heart caring for each other.It has formed a new theoretical paradigm,transcending the foundation of principal-agent system and integrates national hard power,soft power and confidence.It will create a new political development path for human society,which combines conscience,good system and good governance based on trust system,and then create a new realm of popular political form that transcends time and space and unifies and integrates with the people.
