摘　　要：基于文化创意产业发展评价的相关理论回顾,结合杭州文化创意产业集聚区的发展特性,通过构建文化创意产业集聚区发展绩效评价指标体系,运用因子和主成分分析对杭州市十大典型文化创意产业集聚区2007—2018年的发展绩效进行评价,比较分析各项指标差异,并基于总体绩效评价结果,对杭州市十大创意产业集聚区发展绩效进行综合排名,提出了促进集聚区发展绩效提升的建议。Based on the review of relevant theories of cultural and creative industry development evaluation,combined with the development characteristics of Hangzhou cultural and creative industry clusters,through the construction of a cultural and creative industry cluster development performance evaluation index system,use factor and principal component analysis to evaluate the development performance of the top ten typical cultural and creative industry clusters in Hangzhou from 2007 to 2018,compare and analyze the differences in various indicators,and based on the overall performance evaluation results.A comprehensive ranking of the development performance of the top ten creative industry clusters in Hangzhou was carried out,and suggestions for promoting the development performance of the clusters were put forward.
