摘　　要：环境群体性事件是在内外因价值要素累加并共同作用下的社会自力救济行为。近年来发生在茂名、厦门、彭州、大连、宁波及昆明的环境群体性事件,一方面表明环境问题处于集中暴发期,另一方面也是对国家环境治理能力提出的挑战,政府必须积极防范和化解环境群体抗争事件,以维护良好环境并保持社会安定。The environmental group protest is the behavior of social self-help relief under the joint action of internal and external causes.In recent years,environmental mass incidents occurred inMaoming.Xiamen,Pengzhou,Dalian,Ningbo and Kunming.On the one hand,this indicates that emironmental problems are in a period of concentrated outbreak;on the other hand,it is also a challenge to mational environmental governance capacity,In order to maintain a good environment and maintain social stability,the govemment must catively prevent and resolve environmental group protests.
