摘 要:采用化学镀的方法,在玻璃纤维表面镀覆一层均匀、致密的Ni-W-P合金镀层。利用扫描电镜观察镀层的表面形貌,分析镀层成分、含量,采用数字多用表、矢量网络分析仪等对其进行力学性能和电磁屏蔽性能的测试。研究发现在设定工艺条件下,所得化学镀Ni-W-P玻璃纤维织物镀层表面微观结构均匀,Ni、W的质量分数分别达96.62%、1.05%,电磁屏蔽效能达60.00 dB以上,力学及电磁屏蔽性能满足实际使用要求。A uniform and compact Ni-W-P alloy layer was deposited on the surface of glass fiber by electroless plating.The surface morphology of the coating was observed by scanning electron microscope.The composition and content of the coating were analyzed.The mechanical properties and electromagnetic shielding performance of the coating were tested by the digital multimeter and vector network analyzer.The results showed that under the given process conditions,the apparent microstructure of the coating was uniform,the mass fraction of Ni and W was 96.62%and 1.05%respectively,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of electroless Ni-W-P glass fiber fabric reached more than 60.00 dB,and the mechanical and electromagnetic shielding properties met the practical requirements.
