摘　　要：中医在新加坡的体制化探索从20世纪上半叶开始,可从与英殖民政府、新加坡中医界自身、与中国方面关系三个视角进行考察。其一是利用法令管制的空白获得相对自由的环境,同时通过官方支持慈善中医事业使中医间接受益。其二是新加坡中医界自身转型的实践,包括中医教学的继承与创新、医考与医刊的创设等。其三是与中国中医变革的联动,在中西医论争时加入中医阵营,并主动接轨民国政府的中医管理政策。评价新加坡中医的体制化探索历程,应梳理其体制化程度、特殊模式以及作为双重他者的特征,分析其正面意义和负面影响,从而构成新加坡中医作为海外中医发展的个案研究。The institutionalization process of TCM in Singapore started in the first half of the 20th century.It can be examined from three perspectives:the role of the British colonial government,the state of TCM in Singapore itself,and aspects related to China.The first is the development of an ad hoc system in the relatively free environment resulting from the lack of statutory control and colonial government support for medical charities.The second is the transformation of traditional Chinese medicinal practice in Singapore,including the inheritance of and innovations in TCM teaching,and the establishment of TCM examinations and journals.The third is the link with reforms of Chinese medicine,joining the TCM camp in the controversy between TCM and Western medicine,and taking the initiative to integrate with the management policies of the National Government.In evaluating the institutionalization process of TCM in Singapore,we need to sort out its degree of institutionalization,special patterns and characteristics,and analyze its positive and negative effects,so as to take Singapore as a case study of the overseas development of TCM.
