摘  要:网评是分析游客对旅游产品质量评价的重要途径和手段。通过网评数据的收集整理,运用内容分析法对合肥市渡江战役纪念馆的游客感知进行分析,发现游客对其总体满意度较高,尤其是对硬件建设、背景氛围以及门票免费等认可度高,但对纪念馆的配套设施、开馆时间、讲解服务以及游览内容丰富性等方面意见较多,需要从打造红色旅游产品特色、提升服务水平、完善配套设施以及嵌入其他旅游线路等方面提升质量。Online evaluation is a crucial way and means to understand and analyze tourists’evaluation on the quality of tourism products.Through the collection and arrangement of online evaluation data,this article uses content analysis method to make a concrete analysis on the tourists’perception of Hefei’s Memorial Hall of the Crossing the Yangtze River Battle.In this process,this article found that tourists have a high overall satisfaction with the memorial hall,especially the high recognition of the memorial hall’s hardware construction,background atmosphere and free tickets.However,many tourists have more opinions on the supporting facilities of the memorial hall,the opening time,the explanation service and the richness of the tour contents.Therefore,the memorial hall needs to improve its quality by creating red tourism product features,improving service level,improving supporting facilities and embedding other tourism routes.
