摘 要:为筛选出适合广西气候条件下杀虫剂溴虫腈对野外桑螟的80%致死浓度及5%家蚕致死浓度,选择在桑园桑螟爆发期进行溴虫腈的毒力测试,同时在室内进行家蚕的急性毒力测试,最后对溴虫腈在桑叶上的残留毒力进行试验。结果表明:浓度在250 mg/L之内的溴虫腈对桑螟的持续毒力只在2 d内有效,选择低于160 mg/L的浓度可以使桑螟致死率达到80%以上,同时家蚕致死率控制在5%以内。To obtain the lethal concentration of pesticides Chlorfenapyr for 80%Diaphania pyloalis and 5%domesticated silkworm under the climatic conditions of Guangxi province,we performed a toxicity test in mulberry field in the outbreak period for Diaphania pyloalis;at the same time acute toxicity test on domesticated silkworm was conducted indoors.Finally,combined with the results of the above mentioned tests,the Chlorfenapyr residual toxicity on mulberry leaves was evaluated.Our results demonstrated that Chlorfenapyr with a concentration less than 250 mg/L preserves its continuous virulence of Diaphania pyloalis only within 2 days;a concentration less than 160 mg/L can achieve 80%fatality rate for the Diaphania pyloalis,however,domesticated silkworm fatality rate was lower than 5%.
