摘  要:为了更好的研究复合材料目视损伤检验问题,选取新型灰色接近关联模型,并将原模型的适用范围从等间距序列进一步拓展到非等间距序列,之后根据有限的目视损伤检验试验数据信息,利用拓展新型灰色接近关联模型对不同影响因素下的关联度大小进行排序,识别对检验结果影响较大的关键因素,再根据优势分析,对低速冲击后的飞行器复合材料结构目视损伤检验工作提供合理建议,得出室内检验比室外检验更容易发现目视冲击损伤,白色和绿色试验件比黑色试验件更容易发现目视冲击损伤,但是检验角度对发现目视冲击损伤没有太大影响的结论.A novel grey nearness incidence model is proposed,according to the limited experimental data of visual damage inspection,to research the relevant problems about visual damage inspection on composite materials.For the purpose of identifying the key factors that affect the visual inspection experimental results,the application range of the proposed model is expanded from the uniformly spaced sequence to the non-uniformly spaced sequence.With the help of proposed model,the best inspection condition is gained in the analysis by sorting the incidence between different affecting factors and experimental results.Furthermore,reasonable suggestions are provided for the practically visual inspection,which indicate that the inspection environment of indoor fluorescent light is better than that of outdoor light,while the white surface coating is better than other colors.However,the inspection angles may have no significant effect on the results of the visual damage inspection on composite materials.
