中韩FTA知识产权保护对中国出口增长三元边际影响研究——基于2008—2017年中韩出口额的实证

摘　　要：随着经济全球化和贸易自由化不断发展,国际贸易过程中所涉及的知识产权保护问题越来越受到各国重视。利用2008—2017年中国对韩国出口的HS-6分位贸易数据,通过三元边际将贸易出口额分解为扩展边际、价格边际和数量边际,具体考察含有知识产权保护的中韩自由贸易协定对中国出口贸易流量和结构的影响。研究结果显示随着自由贸易协定的签订,韩国国内知识产权保护水平的提高会促进我国对其贸易出口额的增加;对中国出口扩展边际和数量边际存在显著性影响,但对出口价格边际不存在显著性影响。因此,中韩两国需继续以自由贸易协定为契机,积极在知识产权保护与经贸往来方面展开深度合作;保持合理稳定的关税水平,发挥价格边际优势;努力提升自主创新能力,转变贸易出口模式。With the continuous development of economic globalization and trade liberalization,more and more countries pay attention to the protection of intellectual property rights involved in the trade process.Using the hs-6 position trade data of China's exports to South Korea from 2008 to 2017,this paper decomposes the total trade export into extensive margin、price margin and quantity margin through ternary margin,and specifically investigates the impact of china-south Korea free trade agreement containing intellectual property rights protection on China's export trade flow and structure.The results show that:with the conclusion of free trade agreement,the improvement of intellectual property protection level of trading partners will promote the increase of China's trade export to them;There is a significant effect on the expansive margin and the quantity margin of China's exports,but there is no significant effect on the price margin.Consequently,China and South Korea need to continue to use the free trade agreement as an opportunity,carry out actively in-depth cooperation in intellectual property protection and economic and trade exchanges,maintain a reasonable and stable tariff level,take advantage of the marginal price,strive to enhance independent innovation capacity,and change the mode of trade and export.
