摘  要:中兴煤业属近距离煤层群开采,回采的3203工作面因上下临近层卸压瓦斯涌入制约了工作面的安全高效开采。在前期瓦斯治理难以满足生产及巷道布置现状下,实施了非等长保护层开采试验及“两堵一注”注浆封孔技术。通过考察印证了在低透气性近距离煤层群的复杂条件下时,优先开采关键保护层是区域治理首选途径,形成了复杂条件下低透气性近距离煤层群“开采保护层、底抽巷穿层预抽近距离煤层群掩护煤巷条带、回采区域顺层钻孔预抽”的消突模式。Geology condition in Zhongxing coal consists of coal seam group with close distance between adjacent seams.The mining of the 3203 working face is restricted by the pressure relief gas influx from the upper and lower adjacent layers,which restricts the safe and efficient mining.Due to the condition that the gas control in the early stage is difficult to meet the current situation of production and roadway layout,the non-equal length protective layer mining test and the two-blocks and one-injection grouting and hole sealing technology have been implemented.Through investigation,it is confirmed that under complex conditions of low permeability and close coal seam group,preferential mining of key protective layers is the first choice for regional governance.The final solution consists of protective layer mining,special tunnel under the floor for gas drainage,in seam pre-drainage.
