摘 要:针对目前工业干燥方式存在能量消耗大且对环境存在污染的问题,本文设计并搭建了一种闭式喷气增焓热泵干燥系统,实验研究了辅助冷凝器冷却水进水温度对循环风温、性能系数(COP)、单位时间除湿量(MER)和单位功耗除湿量(SMER)的影响规律。结果表明:在一定范围内,随着冷却水进水温度增加,冷凝器出风温度升高、SMER降低、COP和MER先升高后下降;进水温度为30.0℃时,系统获得最大出风温度为74.9℃;进水温度为5.0℃时,系统获得最大SMER为1.6 kg/(kW·h);进水温度为20.0℃时,系统获得最大的COP为5.64和最大MER为3.8 kg/h。In view of the current situation of high energy consumption and environmental pollution for the metal drying processes in industrial filed,a closed heat pump drying system is designed and established.The effect of cooling water inlet temperature of auxiliary condenser on circulating air temperature,coefficient of performance(COP),moisture extraction rates(MER)and specific moisture extraction rates(SMER)are experimentally studied.The experiment result shows that,when cooling water inlet temperature is increased,the condenser air outlet temperature is increased,SMER is decreased,COP and MER are both increased first and then decreased;when the cooling water temperature is 30.0℃,the system could obtain the maximum temperature of drying,which is 74.9℃;when the cooling water temperature is 5.0℃,the system could obtain the maximum SMER of 1.6 kg/(kW·h);when the cooling water temperature is 20.0℃,the system could obtain the maximum COP of 5.64 and MER of 3.8 kg/h.
