摘　　要：在当前疫情防控常态化形势下,2020年高校大学毕业生面临的就业压力和就业不稳定因素有所增加,这就让大学生就业难问题更加凸显。文章通过分析大学生就业创业能力培养的必要性及大学生就业创业教育现状,对大学生就业创业指导工作进行探讨,以实现学生更好就业创业。Under the current situation of regular epidemic prevention and control,the employment pressure and unstable factors faced by college graduates in 2020 have increased,which makes the problem of“difficult employment for college students”more prominent.The paper analyzes the present situation of college students’employment and entrepreneur⁃ship education and the necessity of cultivating college students’employment and entrepreneurship ability,and probes in⁃to the guidance work in order to realize students’better employment and entrepreneurship.
