清瘟败毒饮联合糖皮质激素、环磷酰胺治疗系统性红斑狼疮气营热盛证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨清瘟败毒饮联合糖皮质激素、环磷酰胺治疗系统性红斑狼疮疗效。方法:选取系统性红斑狼疮患者80例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组给予糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予清瘟败毒饮加减治疗。观察两组患者SLEDAI变化,血清中免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM、补体C 3、C 4,MCP-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平变化,临床治疗效果及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率95.0%明显高于对照组77.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后血清中MCP-4、IL-6、TNF-α、免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平均降低,补体C 3、C 4水平均升高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后SLEDAI评分低于对照组。治疗组不良反应发生率7.5%明显低于对照组20.0%(P<0.05)。结论:清瘟败毒饮联合糖皮质激素、环磷酰胺治疗系统性红斑狼疮,临床效果及安全性较好。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qingwen Baiduyin combined with glucocorticoid,cyclophosphamide on systemic lupus erthematosus.Methods:Total of 80 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were selected.According to random number table method,80 patients were divided into control group and treatment group,each with 40 cases.The control group was given glucocorticoid combined with cyclophosphamide,and the treatment group was given Qingwen Baiduyin based on the treatment of the control group.SLEDAI scores,serum immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,IgM,C 3,C 4,MCP-4,IL-6,TNF-αlevels,clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group 95.0%was significantly higher than that in the control group 77.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of MCP-4,IL-6,TNF-α,immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,and IgM in the serum of the treatment group after treatment were decreased,and the levels of complement C 3 and C 4 increased(P<0.05).The SLEDAI score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group 7.5%was significantly lower than that in the control group 20%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingwen Baiduyin combined with glucocorticoid,cyclophosphamide to systemic lupus erythematosus has better clinical effect and security.
