摘 要:随着图像引导放射治疗(IGRT)技术的不断发展,临床对放射治疗的定位摆位精准度要求随之提高,最初使用的左右两侧和床尾部3个激光灯配备已不能满足IGRT技术的要求,因此,在天花板上增设1个激光装备是校准放射治疗直线加速器影像设备所必不可少的。放射治疗定位摆位和治疗前的复位过程均是通过激光定位系统来指示和确定位置的,定位激光灯的准确与否,对放射治疗的疗效有着重要的作用,因此,物理师有必要掌握激光灯的调整方法,以确保放射治疗的摆位精准性和疗效。该研究对Varian公司调试工程师调节激光灯的方法进行总结,以供物理师参考。With the development and application of image-guided radiotherapy technology,the accuracy of radiotherapy positioning is required to be improved.The initial three laser lights,on the left and right sides,and at the end of the bed,can't meet the requirements of image-guided radiotherapy technology anymore.Hence,it is necessary to add a laser device on the ceiling to calibrate the image equipment of radiotherapy linear accelerators.In the process of tumor positioning and restoration before treatment,laser positioning system is used to direct and confirm the positions of radiotherapy.The accuracy of laser positioning plays an important role in the therapeutic effect of radiotherapy.Therefore,it is essential for technicians to master the adjustment methods of laser lights to ensure the accuracy of radiotherapy positioning and the therapeutic effect.In this study,adjustment methods of laser lights for radiotherapy positioning used by debugging engineers of Varian Medical Systems was summarized,which can be served as a reference for the technicians.
