摘　　要：为改变三级综合医院医学工程部学科建设力量薄弱的现状,工程师应立足于医学工程部的实际情况,通过提高维修技术水平夯实维修服务根基、以信息化管理为契机优化流程管理、多方位结合临床课题参与科研、多举措提升工程师的个人综合素质、采用教学相长方式提升工程师的学术水平、积极拓展提升日常工作的学术含金量、参与全院工程建设提高学科在院内的重要性等举措,努力提升学科建设水平,为申报重点学科奠定坚实的基础。In order to change the weak status of constructing key disciplines in department of medical engineering in tertiary comprehensive hospitals,the measures that the technicians should take based on the actual situation are as follows:strengthen the foundation of service by improving the level of maintenance technology,optimize the process management by virtue of informatization management,participate in scientific research by multi-dimensional combination with clinical topics,take more measures to promote technicians'individual comprehensive quality,improve technicians'academic level through teaching others teaches yourself,actively expand and enhance the academic gold content of daily work,take part in the construction of the whole hospital project to improve the significance of the discipline in the hospital,etc.By the above measures,can we strive to improve the level of discipline construction and lay a sound foundation for the application of key disciplines.
