百癣夏塔热片联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗轻中度寻常型痤疮患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究百癣夏塔热片联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗轻中度寻常型痤疮患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月至2019年6月就诊于医院皮肤科门诊的82例轻中度寻常型痤疮患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各41例。对照组采用异维A酸红霉素凝胶单药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用百癣夏塔热片,比较两组临床效果、抑郁程度和不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗8周后,两组抑郁程度均轻于治疗前,且试验组轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论百癣夏塔热片联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗轻中度寻常型痤疮患者的临床效果显著,可减轻抑郁程度。Objective The clinical efficacy of Baixuan xiatare tablets combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris has been investigated.Methods According to random number table method,a total of 82 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris received from June 2018 to June 2019 in dermatology department were divided into a test group and a control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with isotretinoin erythromycin gel in the regimen of monotherapy,the test group was added with baixuan xiatare tablets on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made between the two groups of clinical efficacy,depression degree and occurrence of adverse reaction.Results The clinical efficacy of test group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks'treatment,the depression degree of the two groups were significantly lighter than before,and the test group was significantly lighter than the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reaction rates in the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of baixuan xiatare tablets combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel on mild to moderate acne vulgaris is significant,and it can reduce the degree of depression.
