江苏省盐城市规模化畜禽养殖粪污治理现状及建议

摘　　要：盐城市在畜禽粪污治理工作方面虽然取得显著成效,同时也存在全市粪污排放量大等3个问题,该文提出强化环境保护和道德意识、建立畜禽养殖保护区等4条建议,强化畜禽养殖污染及资源化利用工作,加快构建全市农业绿色发展新格局。Although significant achievements have been made in the treatment of livestock and poultry waste in Yancheng,there are also three problems such as the large amount of excrement discharged into the city.This paper puts forward four proposals to strengthen environmental protection and moral awareness,and to establish livestock and poultry breeding protection zones,strengthen the pollution and resource utilization of livestock and poultry breeding,accelerate the construction of a new pattern of green agricultural development in the city.
