摘 要:以汽车双色3D激光内饰件为研究对象,分析了内饰件的成型工艺,针对双色3D内饰件的材料与结构特点,设计了倒装结构双色注射模,模具采用1模1腔的布局方式。结合塑件成型要求,设计了一种用于先推出成型塑件的弹块机构,通过斜楔弹块机构与推出机构的配合,实现先成型塑件留在动模侧,后成型塑件通过推杆从定模侧推出等动作以保证双色塑件的成型精度,并通过高光无痕注射工艺,获得了表面高光且无痕的双色3D内饰件。通过实际试模验证了该模具结构设计合理,取得了较好的实际应用效果。Taking a 3D trim part in automobile as an example,the forming process of the interior part was analyzed.Based on the material and the structural characteristics of the 3D trim,a bi-color injection mould with inverted structure was designed.The layout of mould cavity was composed of two cores and two cavities.Combined with the moulding re⁃quirement,a elastic block mechanism for ejection of the first injection part was designed.With the cooperation of the elastic block mechanism and ejection system,the first injec⁃tion product could be removed from the mould core,and the second injection product could be ejected from the core,so as to ensure the accuracy of the product.Through us⁃ing rapid heat cycle moulding technology,the 3D trim parts with high gloss surface with⁃out weld line was obtained.Finally,through the actual test,the results showed that the de⁃signed mould was reasonable and achieved good practical application results.
