摘　　要：目的了解新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间隔离点工作人员的心理状况,为隔离点工作人员的心理干预和防护提供依据。方法采用SCL-90量表对130名隔离点工作人员进行调查,分析不同性别、不同工作类型隔离点工作人员的SCL-90量表得分情况。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,隔离点工作人员SCL-90量表总分为(143.24±52.97)分,高于2018年全国常模的(129.40±45.57)分;女性隔离点工作人员SCL-90量表总分为(148.82±52.30)分,高于男性的(134.02±53.32)分;社区工作人员SCL-90量表总分为(160.42±64.79)分,高于志愿者的(134.22±42.13)分和医护人员的(134.08±44.45)分;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间隔离点工作人员存在一定的心理应激反应,尤其需给予女性和社区工作人员更多的关注与理解,采取必要的措施以缓解其不良情绪。Objective To understand the psychological status of staff in isolation point during corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic,and to provide basis for psychological intervention and protection.Methods The SCL-90 scale was used to assess the psychological status of 130 staff members.The SCL-90 scale scores of staff in different gender and work type were analyzed.Results During COVID-19 epidemic,the total score of the SCL-90 scale of the staff members[(143.24±52.97)points]was higher than that of the national norm of 2018[(129.40±45.57)points].The total SCL-90 score of female isolation workers[(148.82±52.30)points]was higher than that of male[(134.02±53.32)points].The total SCL-90 score of community workers[(160.42±64.79)points]was higher than those of volunteers[(134.22±42.13)points]and medical staff[(134.08±44.45)points].The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions During COVID-19 epidemic,the staff at the isolation points has a certain psychological stress reaction.Especially,female and community workers should be given more attention and understanding,and necessary measures should be taken to alleviate their negative emotions.
