健康管理误区纠偏教育在终末期肾病维持性血透者钙磷代谢中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察健康管理误区纠偏教育在终末期肾病维持性血透者钙磷代谢中的应用效果。方法维持性血透治疗且并存钙磷代谢紊乱者86例分为研究组与对照组各43例,对照组以常规教育方式进行干预,研究组接受健康管理误区纠偏教育,对2组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果干预后,研究组健康管理行为遵医度评分和钙磷代谢指标达标率高于对照组,高磷血症率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论健康管理误区纠偏教育可提高钙磷代谢紊乱的终末期肾病维持性血透患者健康管理行为遵医度,改善钙磷代谢紊乱状况,降低高磷血症发生率。Objective To observe the application effect of health management misunderstanding correction education on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in end-stage renal disease maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods From January to December 2018,86 patients from the Huzhou Central Hospital who underwent maintenance hemodialysis and coexisted with disorders of calcium and phosphorus metabolism were enrolled in the research subjects.They were divided into a study group and a control group,each with 43 cases.The control group received conventional education.For the intervention,the research group received education on health management misunderstanding and compared the observation indicators after the two groups of intervention.Results After the intervention of the study group,the compliance rate of health management behaviors and the compliance rate of calcium and phosphorus metabolism indicators were higher than those of the control group,and the rate of hyperphosphatemia was lower than that of the control group.Conclusions Using health management misunderstanding correction education to intervene in patients with end-stage renal disease maintenance hemodialysis patients with calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders can improve their compliance with health management practices,improve calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders,and reduce the incidence of hyperphosphatemia.
