摘 要:油菜素甾醇(BRs)在植物生长发育的许多过程中都发挥着重要作用。为了获得百合中BR信号相关的基因信息,对‘西伯利亚’百合高通量测序的转录组数据进行分析,共在Nt,GO,KEGG,KOG和Nr数据库中注释到了94 345条unigene,5个数据库同时注释的基因为5 396条。在差异表达基因中筛选到参与BRs合成的基因DET2,CPD,DWF4,CYP90D1和CYP85A1,其中DWF4和CYP85A1在花药中表达量较高,DET2和CYP90D1在花瓣中表达量较高,CPD在叶片中表达量较高。同时,还筛选到了参与BR信号传导的5个基因,BRI1在叶片中的表达量低于花瓣和花药,而PP2A在叶片中的表达量高于花瓣和花药。BZR1在花瓣中的表达量最高。Brassinosteroids(BRs)play an important role in many processes of plant growth and development.In order to obtain genetic information related to BR signals in lily,lily'Siberian'transcriptome data by high-throughput sequencing technology were studied.A total of 94345 unigenes were annotated in the Nt,GO,KEGG,KOG,and Nr databases,and 5396 genes were simultaneously annotated with 5 data.DET2,CPD,DWF4,CYP90D1 and CYP85A1,the genes involved in BR synthesis,were screened for differentially expressed genes.Among them,the relative expression levels of DWF4 and CYP85A1 were higher in anthers,DET2 and CYP90D1 higher in petals,and CPD higher in leaves.At the same time,five genes involved in BR signaling were also screened.The relative expression level of BRI1 in leaves was lower than that of petals and anthers,while the relative expression level of PP2A was just the opposite,and the leaves were higher than petals and anthers.BZR1 has the highest expression in petals.
