摘  要:本研究以1.8×10^4kg/hm^2超级稻攻关品种‘超优千号’及亲本(‘广湘24S’,‘R900’)为供试材料,在萌发期共设置0、0.2%、0.4%、0.8%、1.0%和1.2%这6个不同盐浓度处理,对发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、胚芽长、胚根长等性状指标进行观测;在幼苗期,分别设置0、0.4%、0.8%和1.0%这4个不同盐浓度处理,对幼苗的根长、苗高、鲜重、地上/地下部分K^+/Na^+含量等指标进行测定。结果表明:(1)除0.2%盐浓度条件促进‘超优千号’的发芽外,其余情况下随盐浓度升高3个品种的发芽率、相对发芽率、发芽指数与活力指数均呈下降趋势,但不同品种各项指标的下降幅度有所不同;(2)不同盐浓度胁迫对3个品种的胚芽和胚根生长均有抑制作用(0.2%盐浓度,‘超优千号’胚芽除外);(3)利用隶属函数分析萌发期各性状指标,发现萌发期耐盐性由强到弱为‘超优千号’、‘R900’、‘广湘24S’;(4)盐胁迫对3个品种幼苗的生长有不同程度的抑制且对根的生长影响更加明显,其中‘超优千号’幼苗的各项指标平均减少程度最小;(5)盐胁迫下幼苗地上部分、地下部分的Na^+含量都有显著增加,K^+/Na^+比都随盐浓度的增加而依此降低,但不同品种间的变化有差异。本研究分析探讨了盐胁迫对杂交稻及亲本品种萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以期为耐盐水稻新品种选育提供依据。The'CY1000'which is hybrid rice variety with high yield of 1.8×10^4 kg/hm^2 high yielding research and its parents('GX24S','R900')were used in this study.Germination of these seeds was treated with different NaCl solutions(0,0.2%,0.4%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%),then germination rate,germination index,vigor index,plumule length,radicle length and other traits were measured.Seedlings of the 3 varieties were treated with different NaCl solutions(0,0.4%,0.8%,1.0%),the root length,root length,fresh weight,K^+/Na^+content of aboveground/underground were detected. The results showed that: (1) Except the 0.2% NaCl promoted the germination rate of 'CY1000' theseed germination rate, relative germination rate, germination index, vigor index all decreased with the increase ofNaCl concentration, and the different species showed the different downtrend. (2) The plumule length and radiclelength of the 3 rice varieties decreased with the increase of NaCl concentration (except 0.2% NaCl concentration for'CY1000'). (3) Based on subordinate function analysis, the salt tolerance of the different species was ordered as'CY1000'>'R900'>'GX24S'. (4) Under NaCl stress inhibited the growth of seedlings of the 3 varieties to differentdegrees, especially the growth of roots. The index of 'CY1000' seedlings was the least affected on average. (5) TheNa+ concentration in aboveground/underground part of 'CY1000' and its parents was significantly increased andthe K+/Na+ ratio of aboveground/underground part of them decreased under salt stress, which differ from species.This study analyses the effects of salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth of hybrid rice and its parents,which provides some valuable information for salt-tolerant rice breeding.
